When I recently visited Berlin to attend a concert I stayed a few days extra for street photography.
One thing that surprised me were some colourful motifs. I hadn’t specifically sought them out but ended up with a few that I was quite happy with.
I also spent more time than I‘m willing to admit photographing a puddle near Checkpoint Charlie. The results are interesting but sadly not quite what I was aiming for.
The trip was also marked by small details, like a single rose sticking through a strangely lit fence. Or a dogo bringing his own umbrella. You can also watch a video I made about the trip, where I talk about some of the photos in more detail and also about the coffee shops I visited on the way.
